I went to his free seminar in CA to hear him talk in-person, receive a free mp3 player for attending (as advertised on tv) and learn some of his secrets to success in real estate.

1st of all He was not there. He sent his "team" to make it seem like it was the opening act for the never welcoming main event being(himself)in the end of the 2-3hr seminar plus video of the well promoted 3-day workshop where again Armando is said to be, and show us step by step how we can too make large sums of cash in our spare time or as a living guaranteed!

by going to the workshop i would become part of the Armando's real estate network, having assistance 24/7 as well as the access to the properties and investors to fund my flips making my money back within 3-6 months, to make it seem like a win win investment they say Armando checks up on you and if in 6- month's after the completion of the 3-day workshop there isn't a success story you get kicked of his network and are given back the complete cost of the workshop 3-day class ($1,500.00)

So i convince my mom to pay for me to go as I'm sure I will pay her back in at the most a few month's (either I gain real estate wealth or get her money back)

When I get to the class I'm given the mp3 player, not surprised Armando is not there, and in the 2Nd half of the class begin to see another advanced course that i was thinking would be easy to pay for after i began to put some cash in my pockets but it isn't allowed later it's A.S.A.P. and cost's $25,000.00 it's called the "bus tour" and those are who get to meet Armando, get showed how to step by step, property listings, funders, and a mentor for 2yrs. What a bunch of BS! I understand Armando's time is worth a lot but what about the people who went into debt over paying for the 3-day workshop? the cost is pocket change for him but if i would have known i wouldn't have maxed out my moms card or ever believed i didn't need credit or money if i followed his rip off steps!!! Now I know why they kept taking about people not being able to sue them since nothing is in their name...He talks about charity as a must and yet deceives, fools, and rips off the people he claims to want to help... 35b1c57

Thanks so much for this post. I almost paid for the first class. I felt something was wrong. Wish I would have searched at the class so I could have warned everone.

Attended free dinner intro. Was fed well.

No free gifts as advertised; MP3 player or CDs. Wanted $1500. for 3 day training session. Some shills in audience possible. A rip-off scam artist!
